Thierry Morin-Cloutier

Professional experience
Thierry is a tax lawyer in the Montreal office of Deloitte Legal Canada LLP.

His practice involves tax planning primarily related to mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations, as well as the settlement of litigations and tax disputes.

He joined the firm in 2017 as an articling student and in 2018 as a lawyer.

Education
Thierry was called to the Barreau du Québec in 2018. He completed the Master of Taxation program at Université de Sherbrooke in 2018, and earned a Bachelor of Laws from the Université de Sherbrooke in 2015 (Dean's List, 2014).
