Chelsea is an associate lawyer with the firm’s tax litigation and controversy group. She represents and advises clients on a range of tax disputes from audit defense to litigation.
Prior to working at Deloitte Legal, Chelsea clerked at the Tax Court of Canada and worked at a large, regional firm.
During law school, Chelsea competed in the Bowman Tax Moot, participated in the Business Law Clinic and worked as a research assistant for the tax professor David Duff.
Before attending law school, Chelsea worked at Blue J Legal, helping to develop AI tools for tax lawyers.
