Professional experience
Luke is an associate tax lawyer in the Toronto office of Deloitte Legal Canada LLP. He joined Deloitte Legal as an articling student in 2020 and returned to the firm as an associate in 2021.
Luke received his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and Juris Doctor from Western University, where he was awarded the Tim Edgar Memorial Award in Tax law. He received his Master of Public Administration and Master of Art’s from Queen’s University. In addition, Luke has studied law and policy at the University of Ghana and the National University of Singapore.
