Nicole specializes in tax controversy and litigation. Her practice centers on assisting clients who are undergoing a tax dispute with the CRA or provincial tax authorities. This work includes audit management, as well as representation during the objection and appeals processes. Nicole also provides strategic advice concerning client prospects regarding their tax disputes and guidance as to legislative procedures. Other aspects of Nicole’s practice include matters such as, relief applications, collections issues and voluntary disclosure applications.
