Aicha Nafii

Aicha is a Partner in the Tax Controversy and Litigation practice of Deloitte
Legal Canada LLP. Aicha practices tax law with a focus on tax litigation and tax controversy, from the audit and objection stages to tax appeals and judicial reviews before the courts. She regularly assists clients in resolving tax disputes, both in and out of Court, and engages in managing complex tax audits.

Aicha has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of domestic and
international tax disputes involving the Canada Revenue Agency and the
provincial tax authorities. Aicha also has a significant experience in large and complex transfer pricing and scientific research and experimental development disputes.

Aicha has acted in matters before the Tax Court of Canada, the Court of
Québec, the Superior Court of Québec, the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal.

Aicha joined Deloitte Legal Canada LLP in 2016 and returned in 2017 after
having served as a law clerk at the Tax Court of Canada.
